Domino’s Pizza in Louisville, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 11517 Shelbyville Rd. location. As a key member of our front-line staff, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
• Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Food handling experience is beneficial, but training will be provided
