Overview

Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join the Restaurant Customer Support Team in Louisville, KY. Hybrid

Schedule:

3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Monday through Friday - First shift. Excellent Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation, holidays, floating holidays, sick, retirement, short term disability and much more.

Responsibilities
  • Process Orders for Replacement Equipment with accurate lead times, ensuring supplier capability to meet delivery dates and project schedules.
  • Determine accurate equipment selection with correct technical specifications.
  • Resolve product, warranty, or service problems by clarifying the issue, identifying the cause, and expediting resolution.
  • Respond to inbound calls regarding orders, order status, or invoice issues from customers.
  • Reach out to suppliers to resolve tracking discrepancies or other problem resolution.
  • Utilize reports and tools to monitor customer and supplier reporting and open orders for on-time delivery.
  • Build and maintain proficiency in ERP, SharePoint, and Knowledge Management Systems.
  • Meet customer service KPIs; support escalations and supplier issues; provide product technical information as needed.
  • Provide back-up support to other duties in the customer support team over time.
  • Pursue ongoing personal and professional development.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or sales support.
  • Strong order entry skills and ability to use multiple systems to support a diverse portfolio of work.
  • Prefer experience with restaurant equipment and supporting field/construction/development projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
