Job Description & How to Apply Below

Ready to lead complex, high-impact development projects from the ground up? This is a senior-level opportunity for a hands-on developer Project Manager who thrives on ownership, accountability, and getting projects across the finish line — on time, on budget, and built right.

You’ll be the driving force behind multi-million-dollar multifamily and commercial developments, working alongside design, development, and field teams to turn bold ideas into real-world communities.

What You’ll Own

This role isn’t about babysitting projects — it’s about leading them.

You will:

  • Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Own budgets, forecasts, contracts, schedules, and cost controls
  • Lead communication between architects, engineers, contractors, lenders, and internal teams
  • Use Autodesk Construction Cloud to track documents, RFIs, submittals, and costs
  • Drive cash flow, billing, and cost-to-complete forecasts
  • Enforce jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and quality standards
  • Hold subcontractors and field teams accountable to scope, schedule, and performance
  • Push projects forward when obstacles appear — and remove barriers fast
What We’re Looking For

This is a role for an experienced builder and leader who knows how to make things happen.

You bring:

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience (residential or commercial)
  • Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
  • Confidence reading plans, specs, and schedules
  • Fluency in construction software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • A mindset that embraces change, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Why This Role Is Different

This is not a siloed PM role. You’ll be part of a development-driven construction team that builds projects with real impact — places people actually want to live and communities can grow around.

You’ll have real influence, real ownership, and real visibility at the leadership level.

  • Company-paid life and disability insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off & 8 paid holidays
  • In-house gym
  • Employee assistance program

If you’re ready to step into a high-ownership, high-impact construction leadership role
, this is your chance - APPLY NOW, Interviewing suitable candidates immediately.
