Operations Manager, Contracts Manager
Ready to lead complex, high-impact development projects from the ground up? This is a senior-level opportunity for a hands-on developer Project Manager who thrives on ownership, accountability, and getting projects across the finish line — on time, on budget, and built right.
You’ll be the driving force behind multi-million-dollar multifamily and commercial developments, working alongside design, development, and field teams to turn bold ideas into real-world communities.
What You’ll OwnThis role isn’t about babysitting projects — it’s about leading them.
You will:
- Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Own budgets, forecasts, contracts, schedules, and cost controls
- Lead communication between architects, engineers, contractors, lenders, and internal teams
- Use Autodesk Construction Cloud to track documents, RFIs, submittals, and costs
- Drive cash flow, billing, and cost-to-complete forecasts
- Enforce jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and quality standards
- Hold subcontractors and field teams accountable to scope, schedule, and performance
- Push projects forward when obstacles appear — and remove barriers fast
This is a role for an experienced builder and leader who knows how to make things happen.
You bring:
- 10+ years of construction project management experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
- Confidence reading plans, specs, and schedules
- Fluency in construction software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- A mindset that embraces change, accountability, and continuous improvement
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
This is not a siloed PM role. You’ll be part of a development-driven construction team that builds projects with real impact — places people actually want to live and communities can grow around.
You’ll have real influence, real ownership, and real visibility at the leadership level.
