Ulliman Schutte is a national leader in the construction and renovation of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and associated utility work.
We are seeking experienced Construction Laborers for our construction projects. Industry-leading benefits include competitive wages, 401k retirement plan, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for all employees. This is a prevailing wage project.

As soon as possible
Pay Range: $20+ base plus fringe, dependent on experience.

Construction Laborer Daily Life
* Work outside in various weather conditions, both hot and cold.
* Walk, stand, twist, bend, and stoop for entire shift.
* Follow instructions of Foreman and Superintendent while working in a team setting.
* 40-hour work week with possible overtime.
Construction Laborer Must Haves
* Reliable transportation.
* At least one year of experience as a Construction Laborer.
* Knowledge of common safety practices on a construction site.
* Team player.
* Authorized to work in the US.
Construction Laborer Nice to Haves
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Some experience operating construction equipment (skid steer, telehandler, backhoe) or willingness/aptitude to learn to operate. (Possible advancement opportunities if these skills are developed!)
* Bilingual - Spanish/English
All candidates must pass a post-offer drug screen and physical.
