Role Description

This is a full-time, in-person Project Coordinator role. The position involves providing comprehensive project coordination and support, including managing schedules and priorities, tracking project progress, assisting with administrative tasks, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. This individual will have direct involvement in client engagements across our diverse service lines and will apply strong analytical and organizational skills to improve efficiency and help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

The role offers broad exposure to client engagements and internal teams and is ideal for high performers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, and making a tangible impact across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with clients to gather required technical and financial documentation
  • Manage internal timelines across engineering, tax, and QA teams
  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings, engagement kickoffs, and status updates
  • Track and monitor deliverables using internal project management systems
  • Book and coordinate travel arrangements for engineers and internal team members, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Manage travel schedules to align with project timelines and client availability
  • Review draft reports for completeness, accuracy, and formatting prior to delivery
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and support process improvements
  • Support office initiatives, internal process improvements, and team events
  • Serve as a culture leader by reinforcing our shared principles for success, The Concord Standard
Qualifications
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3–5 years of experience in tax or financial services operations, the construction industry, project coordination, or client delivery within a professional services environment is preferred.
  • Exposure to corporate tax incentives is a plus
  • Experience coordinating travel and logistics in a professional services environment preferred
  • Proven experience coordinating across consulting or accounting teams
  • Strong initiative with the ability to follow through without constant supervision
  • Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with engineers, CPAs, C-Suite and technical professionals
