Louisville, KY. Hybrid position – 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Join the Food and Packaging Procurement Teams as a Senior Manager driving category management for Resin and BOH packaging. The role involves strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, supply and contingency planning, COGs forecasting, margin improvement, commodity risk management, packaging innovation and quality support across Yum! Brands concepts (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Habit Burger & Grill, A&W All American) and RSCS.

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage forward‑looking cost models and forecast Cost of Goods Sold.
• Lead innovation projects to generate margin improvement and commercialize new packaging.
• Partner with Commodity Risk Management to identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a resilient supply chain ensuring uninterrupted supply of base business and promotional items.
• Drive supplier relationship management to improve alignment and deliver tangible improvements.
• Implement procurement strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and execute restaurant margin improvement initiatives.
• Lead sourcing events, prioritize projects, and execute business continuity plans.
• Administer COGS planning, sourcing proposals, global pricing, supplier diversity, contract administration, and technology fee collection.
• Negotiate and execute contractual agreements; maintain accuracy of pricing and freight data.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain; preferably 5+ years progressive experience in sourcing strategy and packaging procurement.
• Experience with quick‑service restaurant procurement, packaging manufacturing, or engineering is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required; MBA or master’s preferred.
• Strong negotiation, critical thinking, analytics, inventory management, supplier development, planning and forecasting, and contingency planning.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, and distribution supply‑chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
