Implementation Project Manager - ADP
ADP is hiring an Implementation Project Manager / Implementation Specialist. In this position you will be the key client owner and single point of contact responsible for project management of the entire implementation and/or merger and acquisition, from the point of sale through the transition to ongoing Client Services.

- Project manage work across internal departments, client, financial advisors and the client’s prior recordkeeper to ensure a successful implementation and act as subject matter expert for all functional areas within ADP.
- Conduct welcome calls and explain the implementation process, ensuring the client understands the actions they need to take and introducing other team members who will interact directly with the client.
- Assist the client with prior record‑keeper notification and obtaining a liquidation date.
- Provide the client with a blackout notice and explain the legal responsibilities for notifying plan participants promptly.
- Coordinate the transfer of plan assets and participant records by communicating directly with the client’s current providers and internal ADP departments.
- Establish payroll input calls to review how the client should enter payroll deductions and compliance coding.
- Work with the client, prior record‑keepers and internal ADP parties to resolve missing information needed for conversion to ADP Retirement Services.
- Prepare and distribute all applicable client conversion communications.
- Document processes according to department standards and coordinate a seamless transition to Client Services.

- Ability to apply record‑keeping and regulatory concepts and methodologies.
- Willingness to work overtime on occasion, as this is a non‑exempt/hourly position.
Base salary: USD $19.33 - $39.23 per hour. The actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
