What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities

• Interior cleaning, which includes vacuuming, shampooing, and stain removal. ♦ Exterior cleaning, which includes power wash of exterior and engine compartment, wax application, use of orbital buffer, and wet sanding ♦ Paint touch up of chips ♦ Participate in cleaning of facility ♦ Participate in auction support ♦ Ensure that all vehicles meet Car Max Final Quality Standards for cleanliness. ♦ Drive vehicles to and from various locations as requested by supervisor.
  
  ♦ Provide outstanding customer service at all times. ♦ Monitor shop compliance with Car Max, O.S.H.A., and EPA policies

Qualifications And Requirements

• A high level of motivation
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Work outdoors in all types of weather
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Primarily working in an outdoor environment; may include working at times in noisy and/or inclement weather conditions
