Automotive Technician – Mechanic – Louisville
Enterprise Mobility is seeking an automotive technician to perform car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in‑fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning service according to company policy and procedures. This position requires reasonable judgment and initiative, with a focus on customer needs and quality standards.

4221 Park Blvd, Louisville, KY 40209.
Pay: $28.50 / hour, plus an additional $1 / hour for each ASE certification beyond the required minimum of 4 (up to 8 total, A1‑A8).

- Thursday – Sunday: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm (30‑minute lunch)
- Ensure all repairs and preventive maintenance are completed according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
- Complete required manufacturer training and perform warranty and recall repairs.
- Perform ADA installs as required after training.
- Document repair history with accurate Repair Order details.
- Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
- Use manufacturer websites, software and diagnostic tools.
- Process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation or buy‑backs as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Update job knowledge through company and manufacturer approved training or other industry‑related training.
- Follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Perform manual labor including bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Handle objects up to 50 pounds while standing and walking for long periods.
- Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as required.
- Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles.
- 4+ current and valid ASE certifications (A1‑A8) required.
- Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last five years.
- Basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft products required.
- Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring sponsorship.
- Must complete a pre‑employment drug test and will be subject to random testing.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
