Location: Louisville, KY

Base: $18.00/hr – $29.00/hr

Full‑time entry‑level position. Your actual pay will be based on your experience and skill level.

• Perform repair work specified on the repair order efficiently and accurately.
• Test‑drive vehicles and test components/systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Recon Service Manager to inform customers of additional service needs and estimate time required.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose causes of vehicle malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Obtain needed parts from the Recon Parts Department.
• Complete manufacturer and dealership training programs.

• Experience with an automotive background.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo drug screening and background check.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.
• Maintain a clean and presentable workplace.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects safely.
• Hands‑on experience working with vehicles.
• Own tools; workstations will be provided.
