Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Operations Administrator to join our team. The role will work closely with the President and our consultants, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting key software platforms, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining records and SOP's, streamlining processes, and assisting with organizational needs. This is a hybrid role based in Louisville, KY, with opportunities to work remotely as required.
This position is designed to grow alongside Bailey Safety's rapid expansion.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, for effective interaction with teams and clients
- Experience or knowledge in operations and administrative assistance tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain positive relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Lives in the Louisville, KY area
- Must be coachable and trainable
- Prior safety experience is not expected or required
