Shift Lead - 3rd Shift

Overview

A Large 3PL company in the Louisville area is in need of an experienced Team Lead for 3rd shift. Schedule is Monday - Friday; 10:30 pm to 6:00 am. This is a full-time temp-to-hire position. The Shipping lead is responsible for performing administrative duties, including outbound paperwork, filing, and reporting in Microsoft Excel. Communicates with supervisor regarding outbound shipments and inventory status.

Ensures the flow on the floor is moving efficiently. Ensures the transportation piece is moving and alerting folks when it is not. Reports HR issues to the Derby Supervisor or Manager. Help on the floor when behind or to help cover absences.

• Diploma/ GED
• Minimum of 1 year.
