Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of branded events and promotional activities. As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly while supporting the events team with logistics, coordination, and client-facing activities.
Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events
- Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and materials
- Support on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams
- Maintain event documentation and reports
- Provide exceptional support to ensure a positive attendee experience
- Assist with post-event evaluations and follow-ups
