Caldwell Energy is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to join their growing team.

Provide general purchasing assistance for the Purchasing Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Build a reliable supplier network.
• Type purchase orders and order materials for Storeroom, MRO & Safety.
• Make buying decisions to meet the diverse needs of each point of the supply chain.
• Print open order reports and track material, and problem solve to ensure delivery dates are met;
• Match and Scan receiving documents into Timber scan and file PO’s;
• Maintain the mill certs data base, compile document packages when applicable and file;
• Order office supplies and business cards;
• Provide routine administrative support.

• College degree preferred, and 2 years of experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents and; internal and external company product or equipment drawings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
