• Assist drivers with balance inquiries and payment questions
• Process daily receipts, vouchers, and payments
• Maintain accurate transaction records and balance daily activities
• Update driver information and vouchers in our system
• Prepare and organize documents for billing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Handle additional administrative duties as needed
• Keeping existing data up-to-date and accurate
• Strong knowledge of admin work such as scanning, filing, faxing, data entry
• Comfortable with answering calls and being a back up for dispatch.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to internal systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
