Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for accounts receivable functions, supporting general accounting activities, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and post customer payments including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing discrepancies and payment inquiries
  • Assist with month-end closing activities including account reconciliations and reporting
  • Prepare AR reports and provide analysis to management as needed
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy
  • Support general accounting tasks and other finance department responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’ degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
