Staff Accountant

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal entries.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

• Support payroll processing and related accounting functions.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support audit processes.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.

• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance team.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of accounting experience required

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of GAAP principles and general accounting practices.

• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting is a plus.
