The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in supporting the financial operations of a rapidly expanding organization. This position is responsible for completing monthly financial statements accurately and on time, account reconciliations, and streamline complex payroll accounting processes. The Senior Accountant will also assist in preparing quarterly and year‑end combined financial reporting across multiple entities.

- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements for multiple entities.
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and ensure proper capitalization and depreciation.
- Support the preparation of aged receivable and payable reports.
- Assist with quarterly and annual combined financial reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and month‑end close activities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow analysis as the company scales.
- Partner with operations and leadership to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting.
- Participate in system upgrades, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA or CPA in progress
- Strong understanding of general accounting concepts
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Technologically savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools
- Creative, flexible, and able to drive and guide change in a growing environment
- Desire to grow into a leadership role
- Experience in multi‑entity or multi‑location accounting
- Exposure to system implementations or process automation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
