They are seeking a hands‑on Controller who will lead the accounting function, strengthen financial processes, and partner closely with operations and leadership as the business continues to scale. • Lead and develop a small accounting team while ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and a smooth monthly close process.
• Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger, inventory and cost accounting, cash flow management, and GAAP compliance.
• Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and division‑level performance analysis to support informed decision‑making.
• Drive process improvements and system optimization (ERP‑focused), with an emphasis on automation, efficiency, and improved financial visibility.
• Ideal candidates will bring strong accounting fundamentals, experience in inventory‑driven environments, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced setting.
