We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warranty Technician to support our Commercial New Construction division. This role is responsible for addressing post‑construction issues covered under warranty in newly completed commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of construction trades, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Respond to warranty service requests in newly constructed commercial properties (e.g., office buildings, schools, multifamily complexes).
• Diagnose and repair a variety of post‑construction issues.
• Conduct inspections to verify installation quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with property managers, general contractors, and internal teams to schedule and complete repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, materials used, and time spent.
• Provide feedback to construction and quality control teams to help reduce recurring warranty issues.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and warranty policies.
• Represent the company professionally on job sites and during client interactions.
• Support our controls division when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial HVAC Service/Start‑up, or warranty service.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Experience working on large‑scale commercial construction projects.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• EPA Certification.

• Work is performed on‑site at newly completed commercial construction projects.
• May involve working in mechanical rooms, rooftops, crawlspaces, or other challenging environments.
• Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet service demands or project deadlines.
