• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

• Associate's of Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's of Nursing
• Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) - Accredited Issuing Body
• ATD Master Instructional Designer Certified (ATD) - Accredited Issuing Body
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR Certification - Accredited Issuing Body
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range: $35.04 - $65.17
