Summary
Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) candidates for Phone Triage positions in our OB/GYN team! This position is benefit eligible, working full‑time 36 hours per week (4 days) Monday–Friday, fully in‑person at our Louisville Clinic location.

Job Duties

• Provides comprehensive professional nursing care to individuals and/or families acting as the patient’s advocate, facilitator, and educator.
• Recognizes, evaluates, and responds to emergency or unusual situations in the clinic, using nursing judgment to ensure medical care.
• Assists the patient and/or instructs the patient in preparation for the provider’s examination and/or specific treatment.
• Prepares examination/treatment rooms for provider’s use by ensuring that appropriate supplies, equipment and instruments are available and ready on a daily basis. Maintains examination/treatment rooms in a neat and orderly manner.
• Assists the provider with examination by anticipating needs for instruments and supplies (e.g., minor surgery, pelvic examinations, diagnostic procedures, etc.).

Required Experience

• Must be able to recognize and identify patient’s symptoms and use appropriate professional judgment in course of action.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current RN licensure by the State of Colorado.

Preferred Experience

• 1–2 years’ nursing experience in a medical office, clinic or hospital, preferred.

Pay

• $30.45 – $38.07/hour (full pay range is $30.45 – $45.68)
