Centennial Peaks Hospital has been providing psychiatric services to the Denver‑metro area for more than 30 years. Located in beautiful Louisville, CO, our 104‑bed facility offers a peaceful setting for those seeking treatment for mental illness, including chemical dependency. Centennial Peaks provides unique and individualized programming for adolescents and adults, supported by a seasoned nursing department. Our hospital offers Electroconvulsive Therapy, Intensive Outpatient, and Partial Hospitalization Programs in addition to inpatient services.
Full‑Time Cook – This candidate will be responsible for the preparation and serving of patient and staff meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines, and for maintaining cleanliness of the work area in accordance with dietary procedures. The position is eligible for generous shift differentials: weekend day (Sat‑Sun) $2/hr, evening (Mon‑Thurs) $3.25/hr, weekend evening (Fri‑Sun) $5.00/hr, night (Mon‑Thurs) $5.00/hr, weekend night (Fri‑Sun) $7.00/hr.
* Employees must work a minimum of 3½ hours to qualify for shift differentials.

Qualifications- Interacts with team members/floor staff and answers the phones with a pleasant tone.
- Assists in maintaining kitchen duties including: cleaning of areas of kitchen, sweeping and mopping the floor thoroughly.
- Cleans the surface of all equipment used including: steamer, stove top, stove back, all ovens, along with walls in back of equipment.
- Adheres to the menu for production and produces enough food to feed all patients & staff.
- Records food in the temperature logbook in an accurate and timely manner.
