As we scale our business, we are seeking a high-impact Net Suite Administrator to own and optimize the ERP platform that powers our finance, order management, and fulfillment operations
.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work across Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, and IT to ensure Net Suite supports a fast-growing business. You'll play a key role in improving workflows, strengthening financial data accuracy, and ensuring our order-to-cash process runs smoothly from order placement to fulfillment and reporting.

• Serve as the primary Net Suite administrator
  , managing system configuration and improvements
• Configure and maintain roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and custom fields
• Create and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and reports
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability and scalability

• Partner closely with Finance to support order-to-cash, billing, invoicing, payment processing, deposits, and reconciliation
• Help ensure data accuracy and financial integrity
• Maintain GL mappings and transaction integrity
• Support monthly close processes and audits

• Manage sales order and fulfillment workflows including orders, item fulfillments, returns, RMAs, and adjustments
• Troubleshoot issues affecting order processing, inventory allocation, and fulfillment
• Partner with operations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

• Support Net Suite integrations with eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, fulfillment providers, and 3PL partners
• Monitor data synchronization and resolve integration issues
• Ensure accurate and consistent data across systems

• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency using Suite Flow, Saved Searches, scripts, or integration tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes

• Provide Net Suite support for Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience teams
• Troubleshoot system and workflow issues
• Create documentation and training resources for internal users

• 3+ years administering Net Suite ERP
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows and financial transactions
• Experience supporting:
  • Sales orders
  • Fulfillment workflows
  • Inventory transactions
• Proficiency with Saved Searches, Custom Forms, Suite Flow, and Roles & Permissions
• Experience in the order-to-cash lifecycle

• Net Suite Administrator Certification
• Experience supporting eCommerce integrations
• Familiarity with Suite Script, Net Suite APIs, and integration platforms (Celigo, Boomi, etc.)
• Experience with inventory management and fulfillment operations
• Background in high-volume transactional environments

Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 per year
