- Identify patterns and relationships to maintain and improve data quality across multiple systems
- Develop flexible, reusable, and efficient SQL code while adhering to best practices
- Conduct root cause analysis and impact analysis to identify data quality issues and inform automation efforts
- Contribute to the design and implementation of ETL processes using PL/SQL, SQL, or Python
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant discipline
- 5-8 years of professional work experience analyzing and finding insights in large data sets
- Experience with the Snowflake database platform and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma
- Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Familiarity with data science tools, like Python or R
- Knowledge of healthcare data rules and standards (such as HIPAA) from working with health or healthcare data
- Background in supply chain or healthcare
