Job DescriptionThe Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full‑cycle recruiting activities to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
- Managing full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Developing and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, Linked In, referrals, and other recruiting tools
- Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules
- Guiding candidates through the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Preparing and extending offers in collaboration with HR and hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Supporting diversity‑focused recruiting initiatives and equitable hiring practices
- Providing regular updates on recruiting progress, pipeline health, and hiring metrics
- Assisting with recruitment process improvements and special projects as needed
This position is contract‑based and works on‑site or in a hybrid capacity in Louisville, Colorado, depending on business needs.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
- Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or corporate roles
- Strong sourcing skills using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through
- Ability to work independently in a contract‑based, deadline‑driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance best practices preferred
