Since our founding by 10 physicians in 1949, we have grown and evolved to meet the needs of Boulder County and beyond.

We currently have clinics located in Boulder (2 locations), Louisville, Longmont, and Erie.

Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is seeking customer service-oriented candidates to join our collaborative Medical Receptionist team often referred to as the Patient Access Associate team. This role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, organized, and passionate about creating a positive first impression for patients. Whether you're experienced or new to healthcare, we provide structured onboarding and training to help you succeed.

We offer benefit-eligible full-time positions (32-40 hours/week), Monday through Friday and a rotating Saturday, based at our BMC Louisville location (80 Health Park Dr., Suite 100, Louisville, CO 80027).
This position is Tuesday-Friday 32 hours a week.

As a Medical Receptionist aka Patient Access Associate at BMC, you'll be part of an across-collaborative team that works closely with medical providers, clinical staff, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care. We value team input and encourage staff at all levels to share ideas and participate in process improvements that enhance the patient and employee experience.
