Advance Practice Practitioner (NP / PA) (Full-time) - Family Medicine (Boulder, CO)

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Advance Practice Practitioner (APP), both Nurse Practitioners (NP) and/or Physician Assistants (PA), to join our Family Medicine Outpatient Practice. This full‑time (40 hrs/week) position is based at our BMC Louisville location (80 Health Park Dr., Suites 100 & 200, Louisville, CO 80027).

• Perform comprehensive health assessments, including histories, physical exams, preventive screenings, and identify medical risks.
• Formulate diagnoses, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and document findings promptly.
• Prescribe medications and maintain prescriptive authority per state regulations.
• Manage chronic disease, provide preventive and geriatric care, and coordinate referrals and consultations.
• Lead and support the medical assistant assigned to the clinic.

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA curriculum.
• Active Colorado State license and DEA licensure.
• 1–3 years of experience in practice, preferably in Family Medicine.

$105,000 +  annually, depending on experience and education.
