Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Program Manager who will support the Tetra Program and contribute to new business and organic growth opportunities. The individual will act as a technical liaison with vendors and will oversee all phases of the program budget. Additionally, the role involves preparing staffing plans, including determining the necessary skill and labor mix to support contract operations, as well as monitoring contracts, subcontracts, and funding.
The Program Manager will also prepare forecasts of program financial performance.
- Support the Tetra Program and facilitate new business and organic growth opportunities.
- Act as a technical liaison with vendors.
- Manage all phases of the program budget.
- Prepare staffing plans, including determining the skill and labor mix necessary to support contract operations.
- Monitor contracts, subcontracts, and funding.
- Prepare forecasts of program financial performance.
- 2-4 years of program management experience, especially in the aerospace and satellite sectors.
- Proficiency in scheduling and managing satellite programs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
The role is based in an office and manufacturing environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, CO.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $60.00/hr.
