As a Production Supervisor, you will be using your skills and expertise to oversee employees who put together component parts to make assemblies, subassemblies, packaging, or completed units. You'll be responsible for reviewing our production schedules, material, and manpower resources, assigning employees to maximize our production objectives, informing employees of production and material problems, and resolving problems affecting schedules while maintaining the quality of our products.

You'll participate in establishing and modifying our operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment, and procedures.

• Provides direct supervision to team members in accordance with management guidance, acting as a guide for the team in achieving weekly/monthly operational plans. Ensures execution of operational plans within respective teams.

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)

• Ability to understand and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications.
• Able to review work instructions, screen for discrepancies and offer feedback to various engineering teams.
• Experience with identification of issue root cause and corrective action planning. Demonstrated history of ensuring product quality and conformance to engineering requirements.
• Previous management or lead experience in a manufacturing, MRO or production environment; the ability to recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work while overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence.
