As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:- Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
- Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
- Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and support your center’s success.
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state educational requirements and our childcare center requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Bi‑weekly and daily pay options.
- Lead Teacher: $18.82‑$19.55
- Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) for full‑time employees; limited medical for part‑time workers.
- Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, childcare discount.
- All employees in Colorado eligible for paid sick leave: full‑time employees receive 48 hours upon hire and annually thereafter; part‑time and temporary employees earn sick leave based on hours worked.
