I’m a proud Air Force veteran who has spent more than two decades in service and operations, and today I’m honored to serve my local community as a State Farm Agent here in Louisville, CO. Giving back is incredibly important to me—I’m actively involved with the Louisville Chamber of Commerce and previously served as President of Coal Creek Meals on Wheels.

When I’m not working with customers, you’ll usually find me enjoying Colorado’s incredible outdoors with my family. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Marc Sisler - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
