Think Tell Junction We are seeking dedicated and efficient Warehouse Pickers to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our inventory system operates smoothly and efficiently. This position involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to our customers.

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
• Pack and prepare items for shipment while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Maintain organized and clean workspace to ensure safety and efficiency in the warehouse.
• Verify the accuracy of picked orders before packing and shipping.
• Assist in restocking shelves and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve process efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is an advantage.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Competitive hourly wage: $19 - $23 per hour.
