Swift7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and distribution operations in our New Orleans location. This role plays a vital part in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely shipments, and supporting smooth logistical processes.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company standards
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for efficiency and safety
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
