Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping, receiving, and order picking. This role is critical in ensuring that incoming and outgoing shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and safely.

• Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer requirements
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and stock items appropriately
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (loading, wrapping, labeling, etc.)
• Maintain organized and clean work areas in accordance with safety standards
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if certified)
• Keep accurate records of inventory and report discrepancies to the supervisor
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and order picking required
• Basic computer and scanning system skills a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Forklift certification a plus

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
• Regular exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels

• High school diploma or GED preferred
