OTR Solo Driver

• Average starting CPM: $0.42 - $0.60 based on experience
• Earn $0.04 CPM safety/service bonus
• Home every 1-2 weeks
• 100% no-touch freight

OTR Team Drivers

• Start at $0.75 CPM base

Veteran Appreciation

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL A License
• 21 years or older
• 3 months of first seat CDL-A experience

All teams starting base pay is $0.75 CPM, and earn increases every 100,000 miles starting mile one with no pay cap!
