• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, forklifts, and backhoes
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Keep the yard organized, clean, and running efficiently
• Assist with maintenance, deliveries, and other yard operations as needed

• A valid Class D driver s license (CDL not required, but a plus)
• Experience operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather
• A good attitude, strong work ethic, and the willingness to jump in wherever needed
