CDL Garbage Truck Driver - Leesville, LA

Starting Pay: $20/hour

Schedule:

Every Friday - no waiting around.

Overtime:
Anything over 40 hours a week gets you time-and-a-half - that's $30/hour.

Waste Connections is hiring CDL Drivers at our Leesville hauling site. In this role, you'll operate a garbage truck to safely and efficiently service commercial and/or residential routes. We're looking for someone who puts safety first and takes pride in doing the job right.

What You'll Do:

* Operate a garbage truck on assigned routes

* Collect waste or recycling from local businesses or homes

* Work in all weather conditions

* Deliver dependable service with a safety-first mindset

Schedule & Pay:

* Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays

* Start time: 4:45 a.m., 10-11 hour days, 50-55 hours a week

* $20/hour starting pay, weekly pay

What You Need:

* A Class A or B CDL

* 2+ year of CDL driving experience

* A clean driving record and strong safety awareness

* Solid customer service skills and a team-player mindset
