HOST is currently looking for a skilled and dynamic operations specialist to act as a liaison between our customer support and operations departments. The ideal candidate must be able to work with a diverse range of personalities in a fast‑paced environment where daily activities can be highly varied. As a specialist, you will have a crucial role to play in supporting the customer service, traffic, and operations teams to ensure smooth and successful operations.

• Prepare or execute documents, such as work orders, vessel files, releases, inbound and outbound paperwork, manifests and bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials.
• Understand basic shipping methods for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
• Assist with daily, monthly and vessel specific customer files and הארץ ינ.
• Logistics, Maritime and operational report and document preparation.
• Assists with the input and distribution for customer inventory systems.
• Filing, data entry and telephone communications.
• Builds relationships with customers and vendors and co‑workers.
• Processes inbound and outbound orders.
