The role
You will be the face of our company at the New‑Orleans depot, reporting directly to the Branch and Regional Operations Manager. Your goal is to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain a fleet of campervans in top condition, and oversee all depot operations.

• Ensure daily vehicle turnover follows company policies.
• Coordinate teams for vehicle cleanliness, audits, inspections, maintenance, repairs, spare parts inventory, and kit preparation.
• Assist with training and coaching of the local team.
• Possibly perform onboarding and training at other branches.
• Support branch and fleet managers to keep campervans well‑maintained.
• Control depot layout and organization.
• Play an active role in operational process optimization.

• Passionate travel enthusiast with a customer‑first mindset; experience in tourism, hospitality, retail, or rent‑a‑car desirable.
• Eligible to work in France and holds a valid driver’s licence; confident driving a campervan (mandatory).
• Available to work weekends and national holidays.
• Responsible, reliable, and self‑motivated.
• Well‑organised and adept at problem solving.
