As Quality Engineer you will design and execute software testing plans for various key customer‑facing and internal applications. You should be self‑motivated, creative, proactive, and ready to work successfully in a fast‑paced environment, including multiple platforms and a distributed architecture, diverse technologies, and lab environments. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, Dev Ops engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Review requirements documents in terms of consistency, completeness, and correctness
• Suggest functionality improvements based on usability standards
• Verify that the implemented software meets the business requirements
• Write and execute test cases
• Conduct post‑release/post‑implementation plans and testing

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, specializing in complex business systems, ideally SaaS solutions
• Experience in managing end‑to‑end testing processes, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA tools, and Agile practices
• Skilled in various test levels, including system integration, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Expertise in prioritizing testing efforts based on risk assessments to focus on high‑impact areas
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and critical‑thinking abilities
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to deliver results in fast‑paced environments, even without established QA processes

• Willingness to adjust working hours to align with the US‑based team, with the possibility of starting the workday around 12pm ET to ensure better overlap for meetings and collaboration
