Zoolatech plays a crucial role in supporting their growth, and we are currently searching for the best result‑oriented Engineers who can keep the high‑level development standards.
As Quality Engineer you will design and execute software testing plans for various key customer‑facing and internal applications. You should be self‑motivated, creative, proactive, and ready to work successfully in a fast‑paced environment, including multiple platforms and a distributed architecture, diverse technologies, and lab environments. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, Dev Ops engineers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Review requirements documents in terms of consistency, completeness, and correctness
- Suggest functionality improvements based on usability standards
- Verify that the implemented software meets the business requirements
- Write and execute test cases
- Conduct post‑release/post‑implementation plans and testing
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, specializing in complex business systems, ideally SaaS solutions
- Experience in managing end‑to‑end testing processes, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA tools, and Agile practices
- Skilled in various test levels, including system integration, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Expertise in prioritizing testing efforts based on risk assessments to focus on high‑impact areas
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and critical‑thinking abilities
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to deliver results in fast‑paced environments, even without established QA processes
- Willingness to adjust working hours to align with the US‑based team, with the possibility of starting the workday around 12pm ET to ensure better overlap for meetings and collaboration
