Full Stack Developer (Healthcare)

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer passionate about clean code, collaborative problem‑solving, and delivering meaningful real‑world solutions. • Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high‑quality software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pre‑production and production issues.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Individuals working for DSS, Inc. or any subsidiary will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800‑53. They are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities. Those in high‑risk departments or with access to modify data and the configuration baseline must undergo advanced training.

• Strong experience with C# .NET Core, Angular, Type Script, and T‑SQL.
• Working knowledge of AI‑integrated/augmented SDLC processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare/HL7/FHIR a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a government security background investigation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of active coding experience.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.

• 5+ years as a software developer.
• 1+ year of experience in AI.

Projected compensation range is $80,000.00 to $ annualized (USD). This is one component of Juno Health’s total compensation package.

• Standing – 10% of time per day.
• Sitting – 80% of time per day.
• Walking – 5% of time per day.
• Stooping – 5% of time per day.
• Lifting – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (luggage, laptop, etc. while traveling). Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ lbs unassisted.
• Computer work – 80% of time per day.
• Telephone work – 10% of time per day.
• Reading – 10% of time per day.
• Other – Ability to travel as directed by DSS; must be able to travel unassisted via common carrier.
