Location: New Orleans
Under supervision of the EHS Director at the Human Development Center, the incumbent in this position will manage the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance ( ERSEA ) and Parent Family Community Engagement ( PFCE ) Framework processes. The Family and Community Specialist ( FCS ) will confirm family qualifications, and, once selected and enrolled, coordinate and monitor participation in program services including but not limited to attendance, family partnership agreements, and parenting education.
The FCS will develop relationships with community-based service providers that support families in areas such as housing, employment, and mental wellness.
