Water Technician

We’re looking for a Water Technician to join our New Orleans, LA team!

• $16 per hour to start with no experience

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc.

• Our dedicated team of professionals works hard to be available 24/7
• We believe in serving our community members by providing property relief during a time when they need it most

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects
• Remove damage through water extraction, gutting, and demolition as needed
• Pre and post construction debris removal
• Contents cleaning and packing
• Create a general cleaning plan depending on project needs

• 0-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends due to on‑call rotation
• Hard worker with attention to detail
• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
• HVAC and Carpentry experience a plus – compensation would be adjusted per skillset

• Cell phone, boots, uniform, and everything needed to complete job provided
