Position: Maintenance Technician – Arts, Old School & Bastion I/II

Location: New Orleans, LA

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units for new resident move‑ins. The role is an essential team member for delivering superior customer service to our residents.

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic tools required, including a personal smartphone
• Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders and other equipment

• HVAC certification
• Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience

$21 – $24
