Job Description Millwright – Ama, LA

This is a full-time, hourly level position.
ADM Grain

• Installation of machinery and equipment according to plans, drawings, and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
• Repair and lubricate machines and equipment.
• Move machinery using hoist, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
• Perform equipment inspections and repairs.
• Maintain document records of performed inspections.
• Perform system checks of Dust Systems to ensure system is working as designed and within company regulations.
• Investigate and repair Fugitive Dust issues found in the facility.

• Working knowledge of pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors and other mechanical equipment, including installation. Prior experience in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing equipment is preferred.
• Some electrical knowledge a plus.
• Driver’s license.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, rotating shifts, call outs.

• Must be able to stand long periods of time.
• Must be able to work 10+ hours a day, overtime, call outs, & some holidays (if needed). The facility operates 24/7/365.
• Lifting max. 50#; stoop, bend, etc.
• Drive vehicles and fork lift.

ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

Hourly rate: $35.50
