Experienced Restoration Technician

Overview

We're looking for a Cleaning Technician to join our New Orleans team!

Compensation
: $16 per hour to start with no experience needed. Opportunity for quarterly bonus. Full insurance package: medical, dental, vision, and more. Fully vested 401K with employer match. Opportunities for restoration certifications. Position located in St. Rose, LA.

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company known for restoring homes and businesses damaged by traumatic events such as hurricanes, fires, water leaks, mold, etc. We are dedicated to serving our community by providing property relief during times of need.

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• General cleaning at the end of projects
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process
• Maintain safe job-site
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pre and post construction clean-up

• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Personable with good communication skills
• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
• Must be available to work after hours, weekends, and holidays
