• Operate Heavy Machinery
  :
  Skillfully operate excavators, dozers, and other heavy equipment to grade, stabilize
  , and install box culverts
  .
• Pipe Installation and Grading
  :
  Work on large-diameter water, sewer, and drainage systems while maintaining accurate grade depths and blue-top grading precision.
• Stabilization Work
  :
  Perform base stabilization and precise grading between hubs to meet specifications.
• Equipment Checks
  :
  Perform daily checks on machinery (fluid levels, safety inspections) to ensure peak performance and compliance.

• Proven proficiency with GPS equipment for grading and excavation.
• Expertise in civil site work, pipe installation
  , and drainage systems.
• Strong experience with large-diameter pipes, box culverts
  , and stabilization projects.
• Attention to Detail
  :
  Ability to maintain exact grade depths and execute high-precision work.
• Professional Experience
  :
  Must be more than a forklift operator—we are seeking highly skilled heavy equipment operators.
• Safety Commitment
  :
  Willingness to conduct daily equipment checks for safety and reliability.
• Requirements
  :
  • Steel-toe boots (PPE provided; must be returned or reimbursed upon exit).
