We are seeking qualified candidates that are focused on project success and exceeding customer expectations. Qualified candidates must be able to perform all duties listed below safely and follow all the company’s safety procedures.

Manage Deck operations and oversee crews during pile installation/extraction, demolition, structural steel install and during all construction modes of operation. Will be a working Leadman on deck with the crew when not performing other duties.

• Flagcraneliftingoperationsusinghand/radio signals.
• Direct crew members on daily tasks and work along side of them per direction from Superintendent.
• Work controlordesignateallmooringoperationsofthebargeforend/beginningofshifts per direction from Superintendent.
• Ensurethereareadequate,qualifiedcrewstocarryoutsafeandefficientoperationsper direction from ыҟоуп.
• Responsibleforrefusingunsafeworkandforcarryingoutallworkinaccordancewithestablished Safety Standardsandworkpractices
• Responsibleforfollowingtheinstructionsandfulfillingtheresponsibilitieswithinthe Emergency Responseproceduresandadvisingcrewsontheirresponsibilitiesand  direction from Superintendent.
• Responsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairofallpiledrivingequipment,crane,andbarge.
• In conjunction with crane operator, inspect rigging for deficiencies, identify and replace/repair as needed.
• Responsibleforthesafeloadingandunloadingofequipmentontransporttrucksensuringthatnoloadleavesoverweightoroverheight.
• Responsibleinprovidingqualityworkmanship,efficient productivity,andsafeworkingenvironment.
• Providesinputastooingress/egressforequipmentonnewprojects.

Preference given to candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years or more of Crane Barge or Similar Leadman position related experience, with an emphasis on Marine Construction, Pile Driving, Dock Construction, and Marina Installation.
