What You Will Own

As a Ford Service Technician / Mobile Technician, you are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering quality, efficiency, and professionalism every day.

Your Impact Will Include
  • Performing work listed on repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, A/C, and electrical systems
  • Test‑driving vehicles and verifying repairs using diagnostic equipment
  • Completing warranty repairs to Ford standards
  • Communicating clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work area
What It Takes to Win Here Required — Non‑Negotiable
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
Preferred
  • Ford or ASE certifications (training available if needed)
  • Previous automotive service experience
